Delete Your Stake Admin Account

Account-deletion instructions for the Stake Admin app

Request Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Stake Admin account inside the app. If you cannot sign in or complete the in-app process, email Stake Admin Support to start a verified deletion request.

Email an Account-Deletion Request

Never send your password. If possible, email us from the address associated with your Stake Admin account and include your full name. We may request limited information reasonably needed to verify that the account belongs to you.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Sign in to Stake Admin.
  2. Open More.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete My Account.
  4. Review the deletion notice and select the option to continue.
  5. Enter DELETE, then select Delete Account.

If you are the only active administrator for a stake, Stake Admin may require another active administrator to be assigned before your account can be deleted.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

What Is Deleted

When verified account deletion completes, Stake Admin removes your sign-in credentials, profile, active organizational associations, push-token data, and other user-scoped operational data covered by the deletion process. Your session ends and you can no longer sign in with that account.

References to your account in shared organizational records are detached or anonymized where supported.

What May Be Retained

Some shared or stake-owned records may remain for continuity, including meeting agendas and history, attendance, calling or ordination history, action items, calendar events, recordings, transcripts, AI-generated notes, and support records. These records remain until an authorized user deletes them or they are no longer needed to provide the service, preserve the shared organizational record, address security or support issues, or meet legal obligations.

Source audio used to process a recording is generally scheduled for deletion approximately 10 days after creation. Authorized playback or archive copies, transcripts, and generated notes may remain with the shared meeting record until that record is deleted or no longer needed.

Crash, support, and security records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to diagnose, resolve, and document the related issue. Provider backups and caches may clear on their own retention schedules.
